Papagayo® Return & Refund Policy

At Papagayo, we want you to love your painting journey. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it easy to fix.

Returns for Painting Kits

You may return painting kits within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
To start a return, please email us at returns@papagayoart.com with your order number and reason for return.

Holiday Return Policy

Orders placed between November 25 and December 25 may be returned or exchanged until January 14 of the following year.
Return conditions remain the same—kits must be in original condition, and you cover return shipping.

Digital Guides & Patterns

All digital products (including video tutorials and downloadable guides) are final sale and non-refundable once the files have been delivered.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Note: Kits must be in original, unused condition to be eligible for a refund. We cannot accept returns of partially used kits, opened paints, or damaged canvases unless they arrived defective.
